Guest lecture on Ethical AI and Data Governance
The Guest Lecture, organized by the Department of Law, BVIMR, under the aegis of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), constituted a comprehensive academic and cultural initiative aimed AI data governance frameworks establish guidelines that ensure data privacy, ethical use, and transparency of AI technologies in various sectors, including healthcare, finance, and retail. Effective AI data governance involves data quality management, compliance with legal frameworks, and continuous monitoring—all of which help organizations navigate the complexities of AI deployment, while adhering to ethical and legal standards. Real-world challenges in AI data governance, such as scalability and cross-domain data sharing, require modern data governance solutions to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI technologies across different domains.
